Terms of service
♦ – About the watercolor phone case design: I do the illustration, and you have to place it under a transparent case. I need to know what phone do you use to create a drawing that fits perfectly over the case. If you have any questions, contact me :)♦ –If you don't have a reference or you want me to design your character, it would cost an extra 40€.♦ – Shipping is calculated after you confirm you want your commission physically. Obviously, if you want a phonecase, shipping is required.♦ – All payments are made in EUROS
through paypal invoice.♦ – Work will not begin until the full payment has been received.♦ – Do not trace or alter work made by me in any way.♦ – Do not claim my work as your own creation.♦ – I retain the right to display all artwork done by me in my online galleries and use them for portfolio and/or promotional purposes unless discussed with the commissioner.♦ – You may only use work you commission for personal use. You may not use the work for commercial purposes. I am willing to discuss commercial projects, though, so contact me if you’re interested.♦ – You are welcome to post the work I create for you wherever you like, you must always give me credit for my work somewhere visible.♦ – Once I’ve begun work on your piece, you can demand a partial refund at my discretion. If your commission exceeds the time we’ve agreed upon, you’re then entitled to a full refund, unless we’ve arranged an extension. At each checkpoint, of which we will discuss at the beginning of the commission process, you’ll be asked to sign off on the progress before I can advance onward. If you fail to provide feedback at a given checkpoint, then you’re no longer entitled to a refund.♦ – In the case of refund or chargeback, you lose all rights to any completed work and it will be repurposed.♦ – I will never use commissioned art commercially.♦ – You may use the completed work for personal display on any site so long you credit me visibly and you provide a link back to any of my online galleries. This includes re-uploading it to your own gallery or character pages.♦ – If you trade or resell a character that has artwork created by me along with it, all allowed rights to the artwork automatically transfer to the new owner.♦ – I reserve the right to adjust pricing as necessary.♦ – All commissioner rights to the work both finished and in progress are lost in the case of refund or charge back.TERMS OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY @RosyHaven ON TWITTER
